**Marketing Assistant/ Chiropractic Assistant**

**Overview**:
**Opportunity**

A base pay ranging from $21.50- $25.00 will be given. The candiate will be given additional commision and bonus opportunities that could increase hourly anywhere from $26-$40 per hour.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with practinioner to market business and brand online and in person
- Assist in creating content for various marketing channels including social media, print advertising, and online platforms
- Aid in advertising sales initiatives by preparing materials and coordinating with clients
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness
- Monitor and analyze performance marketing metrics to optimize campaigns **this is preferred but not required
- Assist in budgeting and tracking expenses related to marketing activities
- Contribute to content marketing efforts by collaborating with Doctor to create engaging and relevant content
- Utilize Canva for design tasks as needed
- Answer incoming phone calls, book appointments, and maintain patient newsletters and outreach.
- Assist doctor with treatment modalities such as ultrasound, E-stim, assisted stretching, & massage gun.

**Skills**:

- Strong background in marketing principles and practices
- Proficiency in Marketing automation tools
- Experience with Print advertising and online advertising platforms
- Knowledge of Product management concepts
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO strategies
- Understanding of Content marketing best practices
- Ability to work with budgets and conduct financial analysis
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite for design tasks
- Familiarity with Performance marketing metrics and optimization techniques
- Willingness to learn and grow in the position
- Basic understanding of Anatomy is a plus
- Basic understanding of Exercise is a plus
