Pre-owned Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and maintain inventory based on current market trends, ensuring proper merchandising of all pre-owned vehicles
- Utilize analytic data and video media to enhance sales strategies
- Coordinate recon process to ensure quick turnaround time for vehicles
- Stay informed about federal, state, and local laws governing auto sales
- Purchase and wholesale used vehicles as needed
- Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and dealer profitability
- Set sales goals and track progress daily, reviewing all pre-owned opportunities and client engagement within the CRM
- Structure and close deals with customers
- Handle and resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
- Conduct high-quality and knowledgeable presentations of new and used vehicles
- **Requirements**:

- At least three years of automotive management experience
- Proficiency in vAuto and other relevant software programs
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing auto sales
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals
