Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our organization. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our company and ensuring its financial health and stability. And also, CFO will be incharge of fundraising process and preparation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Fundraising
- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to support the overall business objectives
- Provide financial analysis and insights to drive decision-making and optimize business performance
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards, including IAS (International Accounting Standards)
- Manage the accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cost accounting
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize capital structure
- Conduct financial risk assessments and develop risk management strategies
- Collaborate with executive team members to drive operational efficiency and profitability
- Provide guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives from a financial perspective
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior finance role
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts, principles, and practices
- Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Solid understanding of technical accounting standards and regulations
- Experience with cost accounting and governmental accounting is a plus
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly

We offer competitive compensation packages commensurate with experience.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work setting:

- In-person
- Office

Ability to Relocate:
