**About the Position**:

- Has the ability to manage account documentation i.e., accurate data entry, policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, etc. and able to assist Underwriter with follow-up with our agent/broker clients.
- Able to communicate effectively and develop professional and courteous relationships with an emphasis on customer service with Account Executives, CSRs, Agents, and carrier teams.
- Able to take responsibility and function independently, as well as work with team members when needed and take direction from department manager.

- Must be honest, reliable, and self-motivated.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- One or more years working in an insurance office, preferably with experience processing documentation for workers compensation insurance.
- Basic software/technology skills are required, ability to effectively utilize Windows OS, MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook, Google Docs, internet search, and ability to learn agency management systems.

**This is an in-office position, not remote.**

**Salary Range for this position is $18 to $22 per hour.**

Our hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday, and we are conveniently located in North Orange County in Cypress, CA.
