Ideal Experience:

- Progressive management experience with multi-team's front-line employee oversight
- Established experience with scheduling and payroll
- Bachelor's or associate degree with a concentration in business is preferred.

Who We Are:
Target Park is an industry leading parking company that was started in Canada and has stretch in the US over the last 7 years. With over 400 locations Nationwide, we look to double in size over the next few years

As Area Manager, you will:

- Provide exceptional leadership and development to your team.
- Provide support and guidance to supervisors and managers in handling customer service issues and day-to-day operational needs.
- Develop and maintain lasting, mutually productive client relations and attend client meetings.
- Review management reports and client statements on a consolidated basis to ensure actual financial results meet both corporate and client budgeted expectations.
- Review performance metrics, forecasts, and KPIs, analyze trends, and work with senior managers and/or the corporate office to maximize performance.
- Work with corporate to prepare annual budgets to ensure that a proper plan for the generation of revenues, allocation of staff, and operating expenses are established for the fiscal year.
- Perform other tasks as developed and assigned by company management.

Employment Type: FULL_TIME

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
