To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. - Ensure the Inventory areas are organized and operating efficiently.
- Implement physical stocking locations and record them in the computer system based on materials usage and accessibility.
- Develop and Implement Inventory Cycle Program working towards elimination of Full Year-End inventory.
- Work closely with the VP on effective inventory record keeping striving for Auditors satisfaction in inventory accuracies.
- As part of a team solve for any inventory discrepancies and help develop appropriate procedures to prevent recurrence.
- Manage Kanban system for the appropriate hardware and components.
- Responsible for alerting all department managers of any shortages.
- Coordinate with QC personnel with placing non-conforming materials in a quarantine area, preventing inventory from entering the manufacturing process.
- Develop and Establish FIFO process for all materials to ensure integrity of materials flow.
- Generate applicable monthly reports including inventory levels, highlighting materials need of replenishment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- **The job may require additional hours beyond the normal 40-hour workweek.**

**Qualifications and skills**:

- REQUIRED:_
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Inventory Control Manager in a production environment.
- Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in and promote a team environment.
- Effective organizational skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

**- **Ability to effectively communicate across all levels within the organization, vendors, and others as needed.

**PREFERRED**:

- Prior experience in electro-mechanical production environment preferred.
- Completion of higher learning, e.g., collegiate degree, technical school certification, is preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in management or related field is preferred.

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
