We are seeking a skilled and experienced Parts Person to join our team. As a Parts Person, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right automotive parts, providing excellent customer service, and managing inventory in our dealership's warehouse.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for theirBOATrepair needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, offering product recommendations, and processing orders
- Source parts from various suppliers to ensure availability and competitive pricing
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels in the warehouse
- Receive incoming shipments, inspecting and organizing parts accordingly
- Utilize forklifts or other equipment to move and store parts safely
- Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely delivery of parts for repairs
- Handle returns and warranty claims efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within an automotive dealership or repair shop is preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, including OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) components
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and assist customers effectively
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures
- Proficient in using computer software for parts lookup and ordering purposes
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is a plus
- Knowledge of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) parts is beneficial
