This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week), but fewer hours may be possible.

**Compensation**:
$48,500 - $65,000 yearly

**Responsibilities**:

- You accept your role in managing cases to ensure that schedules are met timely
- You are adept at drafting, proofing, and reviewing legal documents
- Enjoys investigating facts to help with conflicts
- You take pride in accurately and regularly recording your time spent on matters

**Qualifications**:

- BS or AA in legal studies or as a paralegal
- Experience with federal litigation
- Impeccable writing skills including being able to draft minor motions and notices
- Engaging verbal skills to be able to communicate directly with clients
- Ability to multi-task including tracking all actions and keeping clients current on the state of their cases
- You are a juggler of tasks and can change gears quickly
