LHH is currently seeking a litigation paralegal to join the team of a firm in Ridgefield Park, NJ. This role is hybrid after an initial training period.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to attorneys through all phases of the litigation process
  • Conduct legal research
  • Cite check briefs and legal memos
  • E-court filing
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions
  • Gather and review documents for production using Relativity
  • Maintain the litigation calendar and ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Assisting with trial preparation and procedures, discovery, document review and production


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 4+ years' as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal
  • In court trial experience, preferred
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
