**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- To perform lead inspections, risk assessments, final clearances, including collection of environmental samples, and utilization of XRF equipment in compliance with local, state and federal rules and regulations.
- Other environmental duties, as needed.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- EPA Lead Inspector or EPA Lead Risk Assessor Certification.
- Valid Drivers’ License.
- High School Diploma.

**Technical Requirements**:

- Radiation Safety/XRF operator certificate.

**Other miscellaneous qualities**:

- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Must be a well-organized.
- Individual with ability to work independently and complete field assignments by set deadlines.

**Compensation**:
$25-$30 hourly salary The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
