**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as a servant leader and coach for Scrum teams, promoting Agile values and principles.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure that the team backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
- Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage open communication within the team.
- Track and report on team metrics and performance to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Agile best practices and processes.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members on Agile practices and methodologies.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) are highly desirable.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
