**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) are highly desirable.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
