Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Concierge. As a Concierge, you will work out of the Corporate Office located in Pompano Beach. As conciergeyou are responsible for providing our customers with exceptional customer service, by addressing our customers concerns during or post-delivery.

**Essential Job Functions**
- Responsible for attending daily return walkthroughs from the point of view of the client
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives with the guidance of upper management
- Contact customers daily based on walkthrough customer returns
- Morning walkthrough for return inspections
- Use database base to research product being returned by the customer
- Ability to work with proper departments to work on better solutions for the customer
- Ability to navigate routing softwares
- Maintain detailed spreadsheet of customer issues and update as necessary
- Keep records of customer interactions and file documents
- Maintain and update Excel Spreadsheet
- Identify and escalate issues with management
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Minimum 2 years in Customer Service (inbound and outbound)
- Type 35-40 wpm
- Ability to multi-task
- Dispatching experience, a plus
- Must accommodate retail schedule which includes indefinite end times, weekends, holidays, based on business needs. Due to high volume during peak season warehouse employees are expected to work a 6-day work week
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)

Pay: Up to $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
