Middle School Assistant Football Coach

Appointment Type: Seasonal Description

Teach the fundamentals, skills, and techniques to prepare the athlete for High School while using basic instruction for Middle School understanding.
Follow program expectations and policies developed by the Middle School Head Coach, Activities Director, and Randolph School District.
Evaluate, support, and constructively correct players to assist in the development of a well-rounded basketball player.
Attend all practices, games, and meetings.
Conduct yourself as a professional, show great sportsmanship, and be a role model for the student-athletes.
Encourage out-of-season work to help the athlete’s development of skills.
Promote the game of Football to the Randolph Community.
Manage and uphold the same expectations for your program’s athletes as the District holds for the coaches.

Practices generally run from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Practices begin the first week of August 5 and run until the mid-to-late October. Games are often Thursdays, and may include makeups for weather. Games start at 6:00PM. The 2024/2025 schedule will offer approximately 8 competitions.

Compensation: $1,584.38/program
