Maintenance Planner

The Planner is responsible for planning and scheduling the procurement and delivery of materials to support maintenance activities in MAXIMO. This includes working with maintenance engineers and technicians to develop detailed material requirements, generating purchase orders, and tracking the delivery of materials to ensure that maintenance work is completed on time and within budget.

**COMPENSATION**:75K - 80K

**SHIFT**:Mon - Fri, 7/8AM - 4/5PM

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Use MAXIMO to develop and manage material requirements for maintenance work orders
- Generate purchase orders for materials based on material requirements
- Track the status of purchase orders and ensure that materials are delivered on time and within budget
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible pricing and delivery terms
- Manage inventory levels to ensure that there is a sufficient supply of materials on hand to support maintenance activities
- Work with maintenance engineers and technicians to resolve any material shortages or delays
- Stay up-to-date on the latest maintenance technologies and materials

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or proven work experience in a related field (e.g., engineering, supply chain management, business administration)
- Experience in a material planning or purchasing role
- Strong proficiency in MAXIMO
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Experience with MAXIMO or other maintenance software systems (e.g., SAP PM, Oracle EAM)
- Experience with procurement best practices and sourcing strategies

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
