Role Summary:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and self-directed individual for the Director, Field Inventory Logistics position. The Director, Field Inventory Logistics will lead all commercial inventory planning activities and be accountable for proper deployment that maximizes the utilization of all trays and sets in the field across all consigned locations for the Foot & Ankle business unit. The Director will lead and develop the team to be best in class - driving standard work and continuous improvement across the team and sites as we grow. The incumbent will support rolling out an effective Demand Planning and S&OP process for the organization that will work collaboratively across the business to improve our overall effectiveness and customer experience - especially as it relates to set deployment in the field. The incumbent will drive the team to manage effectively and efficiently all frontend and backend field inventory logistics needs for all sites and all brands to include - planning, organizing, and controlling all receiving, processing of returned inventory, Loaner management and fulfillment, and field inventory activities to ensure that the needs and expectations of our customers are consistently being met by exceeding the team’s KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.
- Drive and manage an effective Field Inventory Logistics team that is strategic in our set utilization process by increasing our turns by product line across the business unit and supporting our commercial teams in maximizing our revenue growth.
- Manage, mentor, and lead all employees within the team to achieve desired performance results, exceptional customer service and employee engagement.
- Support S&OP implementation across the F&A business and analytics to support continuous improvement and execution of the process.
- Create and drive key performance indicators for the team that create an environment for success and focus on EGX continuous improvement factors across the team.
- Drives an effective field inventory audit program that has mínimal disruption to the field and yields less than 20% financial scrap accrual each year.
- Conducts regular team meetings to determine progress on projects and required tasks.
- Manages and supports all front-end field inventory activities to include but not limited to:

- Support optimizing Loaner inventory levels to meet existing and forecasted demand.
- Providing troubleshooting assistance on lot issues or other issues that may arise.
- Maintaining, organizing or optimizing various customer and Loaner related files.
- Support management and analysis of additional field inventory requests as needed.
- Manage and support all back-end field inventory activities to include but not limited to:

- Support optimizing Loaner inventory levels to meet existing and forecasted demand.
- Providing troubleshooting assistance on lot issues or other issues that may arise.
- Maintaining, organizing or optimizing various customer and Loaner related files.
- Creates, drives and maintains standard work and SOPs for the teams across all processes.
- Participate in quality control/assurance related activities as needed.
- Anticipate needs of internal and external customers and coordinate with them to find solutions to problems efficiently.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by exhibiting a helpful and team-oriented attitude towards customers and employees across all team members.

Minimum Basic Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required and ten years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred
- Previous work experience in a senior level inventory management position desired
- Previous work experience in a customer-facing position desired
- Must have strong Microsoft Excel & analytical skills
- ERP experience required. NetSuite, Oracle, SAP preferred
- Ability to articulate clearly, professionally, and effectively
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task with little supervision
- Must have legible handwriting
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality and sensitivity of customer/employee records
- Ability to operate a computer and other general office equipment
- Must have advanced mathematical skills
- Willing to travel extensively to other Enovis sites - 25-50% of
