The Clinical Staff Manager will be tasked with overseeing the operations of the teams specified below to maintain optimal daily performance
On Call Team
- Answer medical based facility concerns
- Conduct telemedicine visits alongside providers
- Complete documents that require medical input
- Review lab and imaging results
- Confirm any changes of care requested by patients and facilities
- Submit pending medication orders through the EMR system
Scribe Team
- Work with providers during their scheduled visits to complete notes
- Communicate with team members regarding facility concerns
- Reflect scheduling changes on designated provider’s schedule
- Send order requests during visit to appropriate team
Physician Assistant (non-medical aspects)
- Coordinate between PAs and intake team
- Resolve operational issues presented by the PAs
- Receive feedback from PAs regarding care facilitated and facility concerns
- Assigning PA students to available providers
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
