Dubuque, United States Midwest Janitorial Service, Inc. Full time

Midwest Janitorial Service is looking to hire a full-time first shift cleaning position.

The position is Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 2:00 pm. This position takes place in four facilities. The position starts at a retail store cleaning restrooms ($16/hr). 2nd facility takes place at the airport and requires federal background screening ($20.77/hr). 3rd/4th facilities are office/medical facilities that require entrances, restrooms, and break areas to be cleaned (17.00/hr).

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- General cleaning, disinfecting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, window cleaning, restroom cleaning, dusting, and trash removal.
- Must be able to bend, twist, squat, lift 20 lbs. - 30 lbs. and be on feet the entire shift.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from facilities
- Must pass a background check.
- Must adhere to the company’s safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone.
- Must have exceptional customer service skills as work performed may be performed around clients.

- Wage varies by facility assigned. Facilities that offer a Performance/Attendance Bonus require a highly detailed, reliable person. Clients paying for this incentive expect the highest level of service._
