**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular inspections of park facilities, equipment, and grounds to identify areas in need of maintenance or repair.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks, such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and HVAC system maintenance.
- Assist in the upkeep of the grounds, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and removing debris.
- Respond to guest requests for maintenance and repair services in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that all park facilities are clean and well-maintained, including restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, and common areas.
- Be diligent about the safety and operations of the park and ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
- Follow checklists and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work completed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years prior experience in maintenance and repair work, particularly in an RV park or similar setting, strongly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must have a valid driver's license.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Physical ability to stand, walk, and operate equipment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds regularly.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, crouch and climb.
- Able to work outdoors frequently and in various climates.
- Capable of moving safely over uneven terrain.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
