Coordinating Qurtuba programming across ADAMS branches:

- Actively setup recurring sync meetings with branch leads and work with the respective teams to determine what programming their community needs and help facilitate it
- Train/encourage/push volunteers on their tasks
- Conduct regular meetings with Qurtuba branch/marketing leads to understand needs and assess the current state
- Help recruit new volunteers if needed, help secure funding/procure items that are needed

Help push new initiatives and drive them to completion:

- For less mature teams/newer volunteers this means working closely with them on logístical tasks like making room reservations/contacting speakers/working on flyers/etc.
- Help coordinate teachers and get non-ADAMS teachers approved
- Work closely with AOI to understand the desired curriculum/topics they'd like covered and ensure the Qurtuba calendar of events reflects those priorities
- Spearhead programs where a gap is identified
- Serve as the point person for Qurtuba to non-ADAMS organizations
- Intake requests for partnership programs
- Lead execution of partnered programs/conferences
- Serve as an interface between Qurtuba volunteers and ADAMS staff (AOI/department leads/etc.)

Financials:

- Work with AOI Department Manager to get budget approved on a semi-annual basis
- Track Qurtuba expenses and ensure we are remaining within budget

Administrative Activities
- Participate in administrative meetings as requested

**Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Experience with project management
- Experience in coordinating Islamic events
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse community.

**Education and Certification Requirements**
- Must have basic Islamic education
- A degree/certification related to education or management (preferred)
