Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to join our team. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards and comply with AS9100 regulations. This is a critical role in our organization, as it directly impacts the safety and satisfaction of our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform Receiving Inspection, In-Process Inspection of parts being manufactured or assembled, First Article Inspection of newly designed or revised products to meet and conform with customers’ specifications
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies to ensure compliance with AS9100 regulations and industry standards
- Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Analyze production processes to identify potential quality issues and develop strategies to prevent them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality goals and objectives
- Oversee the implementation of quality management systems, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)
- Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality systems through data analysis and reporting
- Lead investigations into customer complaints or product non-conformances, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality control

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, AS9100, and quality management systems
- Proven experience in project management, leading cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends or patterns
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
