Job Requirements:
**Skills / Experience Required**
- 15+ years of progressive experience in business development, strategic planning, or related roles, with a focus on driving growth and expansion
- Develop and implement robust strategic frameworks to achieve organizational objectives
- Forge strong partnerships with executive leadership to navigate market complexities and uncover opportunities
- Drive the conception and execution of strategic initiatives, aligning resources with business imperatives
- Champion a culture of innovation to foster novel ideas and strategic excellence
- Vigilantly monitor industry landscapes to identify emerging trends and shape strategic direction
- Lead cross-functional teams, harnessing diverse perspectives for cohesive and impactful strategies
- Assess risks meticulously and devise contingency plans to safeguard initiatives

**Education / Certifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Master’s degree (preferred)
