Yard Worker

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Yard/Warehouse Worker to join our team. The Yard Worker will be responsible for various tasks related to the organization and maintenance of the yard area. This position requires a strong focus on efficiency, safety, and teamworking abilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Quickly and safely assist with processing of customer material
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers
- Organize and maintain the yard and/or warehouse area to ensure efficient workflow
- Working together with the main scale operator and assisting with loading/unloading the scale area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- Perform general maintenance tasks in the yard area

**Skills**:

- General laborer
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs from the ground
- Proficiency in loading and unloading materials using heavy equipment
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
- The ability to effectively operate a forklift
- Strong skills in materials handling and organization, and customer service

Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
