Laborer Precast Division - Saltwell/Bridgeport, WV Position Overview The Laborer in our Precast Division is responsible for pouring, removing and storing of precast products and inventory of materials in a fast paced work environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for building and breaking down molds for large precast wall block Pouring and finishing to achieve finished product. Assists in the loading/unloading of trucks Assists in completing shipping/receiving documents and reports Moving and staging products and materials using a forklift or loader Maintaining clean, neat, and orderly work areas inside and outside the precast facility and yard areas Coordinate with Operations Management, Accounting and Warehouse department in daily sales processing, including customer pickup from the warehouse or customer delivery Communicates stock needs and discrepancies to appropriate personnel Responsible for participating in daily, weekly, monthly, yearly inventory as required Ability to listen effectively and follow instructions Display a professional and courteous attitude towards co-workers, supervisors, and the general public Follow strict adherence to Company safety policies Regular and predictable attendance, safely perform tasks and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of the job.
