Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our construction team. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
**Duties**:
- Coordinate man power and supervise all construction activities on-site
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and man power
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to Project Manager
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of Metal Stud Framing methods, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in using construction management software such as ProCore
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Experience in construction budget management and payroll process
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
**Requirements**:
- Extensive experience with Metal Stud framing and supervision
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain it
- Ability to travel to different job sites as required
Pay: $80,000.00 per year
