Warehouse/counter Sales

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Counter Sales Representative/ Shipper/ Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases and providing exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product information, pricing, and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are properly stocked
- Assist with order picking, packaging, and shipping/receiving duties
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks
- Ensure quality control by inspecting products for damages or defects
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a counter sales or customer service role is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks is desirable

**Skills**:

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions

Pay: $18.51 - $22.29 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
