Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling a variety of phone-based tasks, catering to our clients' diverse needs, which may include telemarketing, scheduling appointments, debt collection services, and providing outstanding customer support through both inbound and outbound calls.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients for telemarketing purposes.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars efficiently.
- Handle debt collection calls with tact, empathy, and professionalism.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and transactions.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar call center role.
- Proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in using call system and Microsoft office.
- Bilingual fluency is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
- Familiarity with CRM software and call center systems is preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
