**The Position**:
With a competitive starting salary, an excellent benefits package, paid holidays and a cohesive "family-like" work environment, a Treatment Coordinator at Ocean State Behavioral will use their skills to serve as the liaison for the clinical team and collateral service providers; manages all related program documentation; ensures coordination and collaboration with parents, providers and other agencies (e.g. Early Intervention or DCYF or FCCP). This position will make monthly visits to a client's home to ensure that the direct support professional and the family are executing the behavior plan.

This is a **_full-time position_** where you will be responsible for adhering to professional and legal requirements and demonstrating sound judgement while providing at least the minimum standard of care according to program standards and principles of "good practice."

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work or relevant field.
- Minimum of (1) year experience of working with children with special healthcare needs.
- Meets transportation requirements (No history of DUI, a year free of vehicle accidents, valid vehicle insurance, valid vehicle registration, and valid state inspection sticker)
- Will allow the agency to run a DCYF CANTS clearance check.
- Will provide the agency with an original BCI from the Rhode Island Attorney General's office.

**Job Duties**:

- Create treatment materials to address individual client's needs.
- Manage the hiring, training and treatment schedule of Direct Support Professionals.
- Perform data collection under the direction of Clinician; prepare data reports for analysis by the clinical team; collect and disseminate all documentation to and from collateral service providers.
