Position: Full-Time Housekeeper

Schedule: Monday to Friday, - 8:30 am-5:30 pm

Location: Mission Viejo (4 facilities)

As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time housekeeping/ inventory

Must be over 18 years old, and have a current California Driver’s License, High School Diploma. Live Scan Clearance is required by Community Care Licensing.

First and CPR, Physical, and TB

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily cleaning tasks according to established standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of all four facilities
- Ensure a hygienic and inviting environment for our clients and staff
- Manage inventory of food and supplies, including restocking as necessary
- Assist with occasional special projects or tasks

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a housekeeper or similar role is preferred
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment

**Duties**:

- Perform general housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Launder and iron clothes
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Restock supplies in designated areas
- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
- Adhere to company policies and regulations
- Handle special requests from clients

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in housekeeping management or related field
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to cook meals as required
- Familiarity with floor care procedures (e.g., carpet cleaning, waxing)
- Understanding of commercial cleaning standards and practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and address their needs

We offer competitive pay based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.78 - $19.56 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
