Business Management Associate

To continue delivering measurable results to our clients, we are hiring a Business Management Associate to join our local team. The Entry Level Business Management Associate must be detail-oriented, have a sound understanding of marketing techniques, with a keen interest in providing a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities to specific audiences.
The Entry Level Business Management Associate should be competitive, collected, professional, and comfortable with all modes of communication. The Entry Level Business Management Associate role requires a problem-solving mindset, as well as the flexibility to be assigned to different regions according to the company's clients' needs. The Entry Level Business Management Associate will also act as a bridge between clients and consumers to ensure both needs are met. The role requires an entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills.
**Primary Duties As an Entry Level Business Management Associate**:
- Qualify, educate, and enroll individuals into plans that meet the consumer’s needs
- Adhere to compliance and training requirements to offer appropriate products
- Aide in fostering a cohesive, team-oriented environment while understanding and enforcing our cultural
- Assist the management team in exceeding established goals for the branch by driving sales revenue and increasing customer retainment
- Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience
- Stay current on our client’s products, services, and sales by participating in meetings, conferences, ZOOM calls, and networking events
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of each department’s (e.g., Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals
- Gaining knowledge of our company policies, protocols, and processes to embrace our mission fully
**Entry Level Business Management Associate Qualifications**:
- Background in management, communications coordinator, client relations, sales, or brand ambassador position is a must
- Creative thinker and solution-focused problem solver
- Positive upbeat nature, works well in a team environment, and contributes to the high energy of the group
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including close collaboration with Sales and Client Relations
- Strong public speaking and presentation abilities
Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
