Desirable Qualifications
Ability to act independently and work as a team, exercise initiative, and demonstrate good judgement in making decisions.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Adobe Acrobat, Word, and Excel.
- Have experience proofreading, editing, and/or formatting correspondence and memoranda
- Ability to effectively plan and organize work, work under pressure on multiple tasks with short deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience performing complex clerical and legal secretarial work, preferably as an administrative employee for a legal office.
- Have experience working with sensitive and confidential information.
- Have the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships and interact with all levels of staff and stakeholders in a customer service focused manner.
- Maintain consistent and regular attendance.
