The Operations Manager will be instrumental in managing our production processes, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day front office of our cannabis packaging equipment, managing the support team as well as liaising with technical team, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the front office and technical teams.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Assist Director of Operations and Project Managers with supply chain logistics, including procurement, inventory management, and vendor negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve company goals and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor and report on operational performance and develop strategic plans for operational activity.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in production.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals to foster a high-performance culture.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations management, preferably in the manufacturing or tech industry.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of the cannabis industry’s regulatory standards is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
