Overview: Elevate your career with CHAGEE as our Director of Operations. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Director to join our rapidly expanding company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the beverage industry, with extensive experience in overseeing multiple facets of operations, including: employee training, quality control, general operations and new store openings. This role requires a strategic leader who can effectively integrate various functions to support and accelerate our expansion efforts.

What you'll do: General Operations: Oversee daily tea bar activities to ensure smooth operations, maintaining a focus on strategic goals and operational efficiency. Implement operational best practices across all areas. Employee Training: Develop and lead a comprehensive training program for all levels of tea bar staff, ensuring employees are well-equipped to meet the demands of their roles and deliver exceptional service. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Quality Control: Establish and maintain high standards of quality across all products and services. Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure that every customer interaction and every product meets our high standards. New Store Opening: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of new store openings. This includes location scouting, staffing, training, and ensuring operational readiness from day one. Strategic Integration: Serve as the central point of coordination among various departments, ensuring all functions are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

Experience you need to be successful: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. At least 7 years of leadership experience in the QSR beverage industry, with a strong focus on operations management. Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of successfully opening and managing multiple retail locations. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to address and solve complex operational issues. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
