Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth workflow. This is a key role that requires strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement training programs for office staff to enhance their skills and productivity
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining files
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and coordinating employee benefits
- Monitor and manage office budget, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Maintain office calendar and schedule appointments and meetings
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient collaboration
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
- Proficient in using Bluestreak and Sage Business Works for financial record keeping
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and systems
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with budgeting processes

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

Pay: $20.04 - $21.36 per hour
