**Responsibilities**:

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation from an accredited program for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
- Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an LPN, preferably in home healthcare or a related field.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
