Key Responsibilities- Provide primary clinical support to healthcare providers, patients, and their families to assist in diagnosis and treatment.
- Follow up on diagnostic testing to ensure completion, accuracy, and filing in medical records.
- Promote a clean and safe environment.
- Meet qualifications to provide care for patients in specific age ranges on assigned clinical areas.
- Obtain and document patient medical history, chief complaint, vital signs, and provide basic medical data for healthcare providers.
- Provide direct clinical care as directed by healthcare providers.
- Assist healthcare providers in performance of minor surgical diagnostic procedures and ancillary diagnostic examinations.
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens and complete associated paperwork.
- Administer medications and vaccines under the direction of healthcare providers.
- Clean and set up examination and treatment rooms between cases.
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Nursing.
- Basic Life Support Certification and Licensed Practical Nurse certification.
