If you're nodding along enthusiastically, then get ready to step into the spotlight because we've got an exciting opportunity just for you **Camen Behavioral Services, LLC is looking for an Office Assistant to join our amazing team located at 5959 Lake Ellenor Drive, Orlando, Florida.**
**Office Assistant Responsibilities**:
- Customer Service
- Provide visitors with information and direct them accordingly
- Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party
- Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail
- Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies, as necessary
- Assist with appointment confirmations and day-to-day scheduling
- Perform a variety of additional administrative support tasks, including: updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research and audits of internal files
- Maintain the daily basic cleaning of the clinic including taking out trash a few times per day, mopping, sweeping, and cleaning different surfaces
**Office Assistant Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, associate's degree preferred
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
- 1 year experience preferably in an office setting, administrative or clerical role
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
- Basic office skills, administrative writing and reporting skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment
