Proposal Manager and Writer

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Must be profecient in Adobe InDEsign
- Write, edit, and proofread proposals ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Research and analyze RFP and RFQ requirements to tailor proposals accordingly
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure proposal deadlines are met
- Develop and maintain a library of proposal content for future use
- Utilize technical writing skills to present complex information clearly

**Qualifications**:

- Adobe InDesign Proficient
- Proven experience in proposal writing, technical writing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Word processing software
- Strong editing and proofreading skills
- Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with Visio or similar software is a plus

Pay: $67,127.00 - $96,526.00 per year
