**Job Title**: Patient Safety and Clinical Effectiveness Coordinator

**Location**: Richmond University Medical Center, Quality and Safety Division

**Position Summary**:
Responsible for auditing and quality assurance review to ensure clinical data is complete and accurate.

Responsible for submitting required data to external agencies within agency-defined deadlines and completeness and accuracy requirements and is accountable to audits from outside agencies.

Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Additional related experience may be substituted for the degree on a year-for-year basis.

**Educational/Training Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Public Health, a health-related profession, Business Administration or a related field required.

**Experience Requirements**:

- Two to Five years minimum of experience in Clinical Informatics, Patient Safety & Quality and/or Clinical Quality & Safety Analytics.

**Certificates, Licenses and Registrations**:

- Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) preferred.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $125,000
