- Over 4,000 Full-Time Associates across the Supply Chain
- 15.1M square feet of small parcel, personalization, furniture, and manufacturing space in the domestic US, Williams-Sonoma has developed an agile and capable distribution network consisting of the following:

- Large package / furniture distribution centers located in Southern California, Northern California, Texas, Georgia, and New Jersey totaling 9.2M square feet plus another 1.2M square feet of standalone final-mile furniture hubs

**Here's a snippet of what you'll be doing.**
- **Become the Maestro of Automation**: You'll lead a team responsible for the smooth operation and optimization of our state-of-the-art automated systems. Think robots, conveyors, and warehouse management software - you'll be a conductor for part of this high-tech orchestra
- **Embrace Continuous Improvement**: Innovation is in our DNA. You'll identify areas for process improvement, analyze data to drive efficiency, and find ways to leverage automation to new heights.

**Do you have the right qualifications.**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- A knack for problem-solving and a passion for continuous improvement
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data interpretation
- A "can-do" attitude and a willingness to embrace new technologies

**We prefer some of these hidden gems on our list of qualities as well.**
- Experience in an automated DC
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

- Able to bend, reach, squat, climb stairs/ladders, stand, walk, talk, and hear
- Able to move, lift or carry heavy objects or materials up to 50-100 lbs
