Position Summary:

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth implementation of processes in place
- Serve as a liaison between warehouse staff and other departments within the company
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files: Related to warehouse operations
- Prepare shipping and receiving documentation: Including picking tickets, packing lists and bill of ladings
- Assist in planning and organizing inventory counts and audits
- Quality control: Inspect products to ensure they meet specified standards
- Hands-on warehouse work: Assist with repacking, handling, verifying items on orders and organizing inventory
- Collaborate with the warehouse team: Participate in day-to-day warehouse activities
- Contribute to process improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in warehouse operations

**Requirements**:

- Excellent time management skills: Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize work.
- Multitasking and prioritization: Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Attention to detail: Ability to notice and address small details to ensure accuracy.
- Problem-solving skills: Capability to analyze situations and find effective solutions.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish preferred: Clear and effective communication in both written and spoken forms.
- Strong organizational and planning skills: Ability to organize and plan tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite: Particularly strong skills in MS Excel.
- Experience with ERP Systems preferred (Microsoft Navision Dynamics)
- Physical ability: Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds, essential for hands-on warehouse work.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
