Property Management office is seeking a motivated and organized leasing consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Assist with office organization and maintenance of files and records.
- Prepare lease contracts and execute with new tenants
- Process rent payments
- Assign maintenance calls to staff
- Process monthly expense reports
- Assist tenants with maintenance/ apartment related issues

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior administrative experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be in Northern Virginia, have reliable transportation and available to work on-site five days a week.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
