**Job Summary**

**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**

The duties and responsibilities include the following:

- Assisting operations & supply chain staff with daily operations, this includes customer order confirmations and preparation.
- Preparation and fulfillment of sample orders, record keeping and assisting in inventory management for all sample products shipping out of the sample lab
- When necessary, assist warehouse staff on sample pouring, packing and shipping
- Must regularly communicate with warehouse & sample lab manager (Beverly, MA) & sales team members to ensure sample requests are managed promptly and any issues are resolved quickly.
- Assist in maintaining and replenishing sample supply inventory levels regularly

**Skills Required**:

- It will be required to learn the company’s internal inventory management system, Acctivate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required, including Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Planning and organizing skills to effectively manage the flow of work

**Education and/or Experience**

Experience in both warehouse and administrative duties is preferred.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
