**ABOUT US**

PIRRX of South Florida focuses on outpatient diabetic wellness by providing cutting edge and proprietary insulin IV infusion therapy through the use of Physiologic Insulin Resensitization (PIR). Using insulin in a manner that bio-mimics normal physiology, PIR is designed to help reduce the patients’ insulin resistance, thereby reducing symptoms related to diabetes and metabolic syndrome.

**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a skilled individual with managerial experience that also has excellent IV skills to join our team at our Pompano Beach location as the onsite clinic manager and aide in clinical support when needed. As a manager you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure productive and efficient work. You will also assist as an Infusion Treatment Specialist, where you play a crucial role in administering our revolutionary infusion treatment, providing compassionate care to our patients, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficacy.

**Training**:
We will provide all necessary specialized training in using our treatment modalities through a paid 3-day training in Florida.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As the clinic manager you will:

- Ensure office efficiency by maintaining common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing file systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment
- Meetings with Practice Ownership
- Oversee Team - Onboarding, goals and performance
- Collaborate and assist with Marketing plan and strategies
- Monitor and maintain office Supplies and equipment and reorder/restock as needed
- Ensure office is kept clean and organized at all times.
- Evaluating staff performance
- Scheduling staff for their work
- Establishing office policies and procedures
- Working with vendors to get needed equipment for the practice

You will also assist when necessary to:

- Administer precise intravenous doses of FDA-approved fast-acting insulin using portable pumps.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatment, adjusting dosage and protocols as needed.
- Educate patients on infusion treatment procedures, benefits, and potential side effects.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment sessions thoroughly.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and safety protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Four or more years of experience in Healthcare office management
- Certification in one of the following is preferred:

- Medical Assistant (CMA)
- Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
- Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT)
- Paramedic (EMT-P)
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completion of IV Certification Course gets preference but will consider those without but are willing to obtain such certification (at company’s expense).
- Prior experience in infusion therapy or diabetes management is highly advantageous.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
- Assist our providers with patient care.
- Dedication to delivering exceptional patient care with compassion and integrity.
- Strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability
- Data management and organizational skills

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
