As a Technical Consultant you will be successful by design mapping and solutioning profitable, custom integrations for our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct deep dive Discovery sessions to identify business needs/processes and finalize requirements gathering, resulting in creation of SOW.
- Provide effort estimation for analysis, mapping, testing.
- Log billable hours as required to ensure maximization of profitability.
- Accelerate time to value by clarifying any Solutions approach cross departmentally with CS and Product teams.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on resolving complex challenges and ability to prioritize accordingly.
- Project manage as needed to ensure on time delivery.
- Identify gaps and provide recommendations to both internal Product teams and Client.

**What You Bring To The Team**
- 5+ years Supply Chain, Delivery experience in business analysis or IT field.
- Familiarity with tracking billable hours
- Experience analyzing EDI specifications.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Advanced technical skills, including familiarity with a wide variety of data file types such as XML and JSON.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects.

**Compensation**

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $93,000 USD.
