We are a leading agency dedicated to providing comprehensive enrollment services for families participating in programs that enable them to get paid for caring for their loved ones at home. Our mission is to support families in accessing the assistance they need, guiding them through the enrollment process with care and expertise.

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team and spearhead our efforts in enrolling families into programs that provide compensation for caregiving services. In this role, you will be responsible for driving to clients' homes, educating them about the program, and assisting them in choosing our agency for their caregiving needs. The leads will be provided to you through agency marketing efforts and you will be also responsible for finding leads as well.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outreach to prospective clients and schedule home visits for program enrollment consultations.
- Travel to clients' homes and effectively communicate the benefits of enrolling through our agency.
- Guide families through the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Provide personalized assistance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have throughout the enrollment process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty to our agency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize marketing strategies and drive enrollment numbers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with caregiving programs and regulations is a plus.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
