- We mostly teach 50-minute classes....You don't have the same group of children all day and you get to work with a wide variety of ages (3 months thru 7 years).
- Our teachers have responsibilities outside of teaching. Everyone helps with administrative tasks and running our small business.
- My Gym's corporate office creates our curriculum You get to concentrate on curriculum delivery and not lesson planning.
- Our classes focus on learning through play and imagination. Kids are smiling the whole time
- Two experienced teachers run every class and you teach with different teachers throughout the week. When you start, our supportive teachers will help you every step of the way

My Gym Children's Fitness Center is an international franchise with locations all over the country and world. We are recognized as a leader in offering fun early learning physical education classes to children ages 3 months thru 7 years old.
