**POSITION PURPOSE/SUMMARY**

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee order fulfillment and enhance customer experience within our direct-to-consumer business. The E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist ensures the on-time and error-free fulfillment of our direct-to-consumer orders, creates sales orders as needed, works through system issues, and communicates directly with the Customer Experience team to resolve order issues and customer inquiries.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure Accurate and Timely Order Fulfillment:

- Select and fulfill each customer's unique order with precision and efficiency.
- Ensure orders are packaged thoughtfully, combining visual appeal with spatial optimization and product protection.
- Maintain a commitment to achieving an average fulfillment time of less than 48 hours.
- Operational Oversight and Ownership:

- Review the Open Orders report regularly, taking proactive steps to address any discrepancies or delays.
- Manage expired orders and redeposits within the local locker pick-up system.
- Organize and maintain records of fulfilled pick tickets.
- Create Sales Orders for wholesale customers as required.
- Prepare raw materials for packaging including, but not limited to: bags, labels, tin ties, boxes
- Fill, seal, tin tie, and place packaged products in boxes
- Continuous Improvement and Team Leadership:

- Identify and report issues promptly, contributing to a culture of problem-solving and operational excellence.
- Uphold departmental cleanliness and organization standards, optimizing workflow efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment, encouraging a swift yet accurate work pace.
- Champion creative solutions that enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct monthly finished goods inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.

- Training and Development:

- Provide comprehensive training to new team members, equipping them with the necessary skills for successful order fulfillment.
- Serve as a mentor and resource for team members, nurturing their growth and development within the department.
- Communication and Collaboration:

- Effectively communicate with the Customer Experience team regarding order fulfillment issues, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Report any equipment issues promptly to facilitate timely maintenance and repairs.
- Contribute to the growth and success of our team.

- Undertake any other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the team and organization.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment or related operations preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication..
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Previous proficiency in inventory management systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Focused on timeliness and excellence of work
- Highly attentive to detail
- Able to lift (up to) 50 pounds on occasion
- Able to work on feet for 8 or more hours
- Able to consistently reach and lift with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch.

- Self-motivated, willing to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Schedule flexibility
- Maintain timely and regular attendance
- Bilingual (English required, Spanish _**strongly preferred**_)

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 - 40 per week
