Real Estate Buyer's Agent Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Realtor to join our team. As a Realtor, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Your knowledge of real estate law, market trends, and excellent customer service skills will be essential in providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities: - Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties - Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices - Create and maintain listings of available properties - Show properties to potential buyers or renters - Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements - Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire real estate process - Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and fair housing practices - Collaborate with other professionals such as lenders, appraisers, and inspectors - Manage property portfolios for clients including property management tasks Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Realtor or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of real estate administrative processes and procedures - Familiarity with real estate law and fair housing regulations - Bilingual skills (preferred but not required) - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients - Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients - Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets - Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously - Experience in property management is a plus If you are a motivated individual with a passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their goals, we would love to hear from you. Pay: $81,333.00 - $95,215.00 per year
