Its portfolio includes affordable housing for low-income older adults, moderate- income housing for adults 55+, memory care, continuing care communities, and adult day health programs.Rogerson provides direct services, builds properties to meet the accelerating need for senior housing, and partners with other nonprofits to develop and implement effective local strategies to provide aging-in-community opportunities.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and support our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of business analysis principles and project management skills. They will collaborate closely with senior team members to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the successful execution of projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.Key responsibilities include:Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with senior team members to analyze existing business processes related to senior living operations. Assist in identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.Policy and Procedure: Facilitates and participates in the development and implementation of policy and procedures.Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data relevant to senior living operations, including resident satisfaction surveys, occupancy rates, financial performance metrics, and operational KPIs. Run reports as needed. Export large data sets into Excel files for further analysis.Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for projects aimed at improving senior living operations.Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements documents, process flow diagrams, and project plans, to support project implementation and communication.Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating project activities, including meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. Support senior team members in managing project timelines and resources.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including senior management, operational staff, and external partners, to provide updates on project progress and solicit feedback.Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.Other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management Information Systems, or related field with a minimum of three years relevant work experience.Basic understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.Familiarity with project management concepts and tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).Previous experience in healthcare or senior living industry preferred but not required.Located within a commutable distance from Rogerson's office.Travel to Rogerson properties and communities as needed.
