- Establish goals and assume duties in the absence of the Team Leader for a technology team.
- Develop innovative support concepts to ensure hardware and software readiness.
- Contribute to the establishment of procedures to improve effectiveness and efficiency of operations.

- Identify significant technology problems (actual and incipient) associated with support status.
